If you’ve come here looking for motivation to exercise, you’re going to get it.
I’m really excited about sharing the successes of my latest group of online clients to finish my fat loss fitness programme. Hopefully I’ll soon have time to write more about their fitness stories so far, but their photos alone speak volumes. I’ve posted the first batch of them below (look out for more in later posts).
This is real-world fat loss folks. These were all taken by the clients themselves, in their own homes, just 12 weeks apart. They are from a wide variety of backgrounds, ages, and exercise experience. Many have very busy lives, families, a string of failed attempts to shed fat and/or get fit behind them, and pretty much all of the other obstacles/excuses so many people cite as the “reason” they can’t change their bodies. But as you can see, each person arrived at the end of the 12 weeks in much better shape than they began.
How much has your body changed over the last 12 weeks? It’s such a short amount of time, for most people the answer to that will be “not at all”. But just look at what can be achieved in short space of time with focus, commitment, sweat and adherence to the right programme:

I’m so excited to see how they continue to progress over the coming weeks – just think what great shape they’re going to be in by the end the year. I’ll share some pics of people who’ve been following my programme for longer than 12 weeks soon so you can see some longer term results too.
